Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time before acceptance, in which case you will receive a full refund of any payment taken.

Payment is processed securely through the payment provider available at checkout. We do not store your full payment-card details.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. The applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Because Wellness Ritual Blend is a sealed consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind reasons once a pouch has been opened or its seal broken.

Products returned for change-of-mind reasons must be unopened and in their original sealed condition.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with your contract. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for further information.
